Brian Calvert founded Global Focus Travel with a simple yet important goal: to help bring unique, perspective-changing travel experiences to others. He is a Chicago native who has lived and worked in Ireland, China and New Zealand. He currently splits time throughout the year between Chicago and Thailand with his wife and young daughter.
Brian currently manages travel programs around the world - working with both adults and students - including extensive work throughout Europe, South America and Africa, with a particular expertise in Asia. He has helped manage travel programs for Stanford University since 2016 and has worked managing and designing trips for other groups including Princeton, Harvard, Yale and Jewish Heritage Travel.
Global Focus works one-on-one with organizations and schools to craft the perfect trip abroad for groups of any size. Each trip is custom designed and personally overseen on the road, to provide to the highest quality experience.
